Returns & Refund Policy

At Hermanas Miguel, we take great care in the quality and presentation of our products. Please read the following Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

This policy applies only to purchases made through www.hermanasmiguel.com.


01. Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided that all conditions below are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition as when it was received

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.


02. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@hermanasmiguel.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of return approval.

* We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us.


03. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments


04. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If the returned item does not comply with our return conditions, no refund will be issued.


05. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards / store credit

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items that are worn, used, damaged, or missing original packaging or tags


06. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item or size, please return your original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.


07. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@hermanasmiguel.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.
We will assess the issue and provide a solution in accordance with consumer law.


08. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Cypriot and EU consumer protection laws.
