Yes. All Hermanas Miguel jewellery is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for 15 days. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, accidents, or misuse, but repairs can be arranged at a fair cost.

All our fine jewellery is hallmarked and accompanied by the relevant metal and gemstone documentation where applicable. Lab-grown and natural diamonds include a certificate when available, confirming their quality and characteristics.

Our diamonds — both natural and lab-grown — are carefully selected to meet our quality standards. Certified stones come with a grading report from a recognised gemological laboratory. We are always transparent about the origin and characteristics of every gemstone we sell.

Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrapping for all purchases. For last-minute or same-day purchases, please call ahead so we can prepare your item for quick collection.

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt and packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable.

We currently ship only within Cyprus and Greece, using secure, insured courier services. Delivery times and fees vary by destination. You can also collect your order in-store at no additional cost.
